The TD Five Boro Bike Tour is an iconic annual cycling event in New York City, organized by Bike New York. This 40-mile, car-free ride will welcome over 32,000 cyclists from all over the world, of all abilities. This experience takes participants through all five of New York City’s boroughs, crossing five major bridges along the way.

We’re Inviting YOU to Be Part of TeamCACNA1A and Ride for Rare!

The CACNA1A Foundation has been chosen as an official charity partner of the TD Five Boro Bike Tour. We are assembling a team of passionate cyclists to Ride for Rare, and we’d love for you to join us.

How to Join and Begin Fundraising for Our Charity:

  • Click HERE to register with Bike NY. There is no cost to you, but you must register by April 23rd at 5 pm and commit to giving or fundraising $1,000 in support of the CACNA1A Foundation. All funds raised go directly to the CACNA1A Foundation in support of our mission.
  • Click HERE to create your personal fundraising page. This will make it easy to track donations and reach your $1,000 goal.

Note: Bike rentals and e-bikes are available for easy pickup at the start and drop-off at the finish!

Every dollar you raise will:

  • Support critical research into CACNA1A-related disorders
  • Provide resources for families navigating these challenging conditions
  • Help connect families within the CACNA1A community
